Styrofoam insulation is coated with melamine on both sides for added protection.  The stair rise is self-adjusting, making use a breeze. Each staircase comes with a pole and hooks for a proper and smooth use of the attic door. Floor bumpers are provided for no-slip ascent and reduction of floor scuffs or damage.

Prestige- This staircase provides the same features as the star and more. An added steel handrail allows for an even safer ascend and descends from the attic space. The Prestige line comes with built-in steel trim, so there is no need for trim to be applied around the attic door opening before attic ladder installation. This option is a little longer for higher storage areas and can reach up to 11′-6″.

Lofty- For loft access or attic openings without the requirement of a door, the lofty access ladder is best. This ladder is still telescoping, but instead of swinging in an outward motion like the traditional attic access ladder, this ladder simply is coiled like a spring and released straight down for use. Features of this ladder are the same as the Star model, so insulation, safety, and design are still the same.

ProTech- If a telescoping scissor style ladder isn’t your thing, the ProTech series might be more your style. This fire rated steel trim attic door is your standard folding stair option that extends to the floor as a response to opening. With a safety rating of 350 pounds, a steel reversible handrail, and all part steel construction, this attic ladder performs reliably and safely with each use.

Wall Access- For wall access on vertical openings, this ladder works best. It has no swing out and is pulls straight to the floor for use in small openings. Its features are the same as the standard star ladder listed above.
